How does discretion work in practice?

Chauffeurs do not discuss passengers, addresses, or schedules with anyone, including other clients. Unmarked meets, no-sign pickups, and signed confidentiality undertakings are available on request. Booking data is never sold or shared.

Who are the chauffeurs?

Licensed, insured, background-checked professional chauffeurs. Fisher Island, FBO, and estate assignments go to our most senior drivers. For standing accounts we keep the same chauffeur on your work wherever possible.

Can you handle gated islands and estate communities?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We send vehicle plate and chauffeur details ahead for guard-gate clearance at Star Island, Palm Island, Fisher Island, The Boca Raton, Royal Palm and similar communities. Arrivals are logged and expected, never improvised.

Do you serve private aviation?

Daily. We work tail numbers at Opa-locka Executive (OPF), Fort Lauderdale Executive (FXE) and the Signature FBO at MIA. The car is staged before wheels-down, and ramp-side pickup is arranged where the FBO permits it.

How does Fisher Island access work?

The island is reached by car ferry from Terminal Island. We time your pickup to a specific sailing, coordinate guest clearance with your host or house manager, and either cross with the vehicle or hand off to island staff at the dock.

Is hourly, as-directed service available?

Yes. A car and chauffeur stay with you for the duration: roadshows, shopping afternoons, event evenings. The vehicle waits where you leave it. Hourly service is quoted in advance like everything else.

How do I reserve a car?

Online in five steps, by phone at (561) 209-5466, or by email. You receive an exact all-inclusive price before you confirm. Concierge desks and assistants may book on your behalf.

How is the fare set?

Fixed, quoted in advance, all-inclusive. Airport transfers from $89, long-distance from $129, other journeys from $75. The price includes the chauffeur, fuel, tolls, airport parking, waiting time and meet and greet. There is no surge pricing. Ever.

What waiting time is included?

Sixty minutes on international arrivals, thirty on domestic, from actual wheels-down. Fifteen minutes at other pickups. We track your flight, so delay rarely consumes any of it.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refund for cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup. Between 24 and 3 hours, 30 percent applies. Inside 3 hours, 50 percent. We would rather adjust a booking than charge for one; call and we will find the arrangement.

How do payments work?

Major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay online through Stripe. Corporate, flight-department, yacht and estate accounts can be invoiced monthly with a single statement.

What happens when my flight is delayed?

Nothing you need to manage. We track the flight, commercial or private, and the car moves with it. Your included waiting time starts from actual arrival, not the schedule.

What is in the car?

Still water, chargers, WiFi, a quiet cabin. Child seats are fitted on request at booking. Temperature and music are set to your preference, or to silence.

Can you carry groups and crews?

The Sprinter seats fourteen with luggage for every seat. For larger movements, weddings, board offsites, charter turnarounds, we run multiple vehicles under one coordinator and one invoice.

Do you drive beyond South Florida?

Yes. Palm Beach and Boca Raton are daily routes. Naples, Orlando and the Keys are quoted on request as long-distance journeys with the same fixed-price terms.
