Terms of Service

Last updated July 8, 2026. Short, because the arrangement is simple: we quote a price, you accept it, we drive.

The operator

Transportation services marketed as Black Lux Limo are provided byFG Twelve LLC, 1221 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900, Miami, FL 33131 ("we", "us"). By reserving a vehicle you accept these terms.

Reservations and fares

Fares are quoted before confirmation and are fixed for the journey described: the stated route, date, time, vehicle class and party size. The quoted fare includes the chauffeur, fuel, tolls, airport parking within the included period, standard waiting time, flight tracking and meet and greet. Changes to the journey — added stops, extended waiting, a different route — may change the fare, and will be stated when they arise.

Waiting time

Included waiting: 60 minutes after actual arrival on international flights, 30 minutes on domestic flights, and 15 minutes at other pickups. Beyond the allowance, waiting is billed at the rate stated in your quote.

Cancellation

More than 24 hours before pickup: full refund. Between 24 and 3 hours: 30 percent of the fare. Within 3 hours, or no-show: 50 percent of the fare plus any parking or waiting fees already incurred. We prefer amending bookings to charging for them; call (561) 209-5466 and we will try.

Conduct and property

Vehicles are non-smoking. Passengers are responsible for damage beyond normal use. Items left in vehicles are logged and held for collection; we will arrange return at cost. Child seats must be requested at booking and are fitted before departure.

Service limits

We commit to professional, punctual service and plan margins around traffic, weather and security procedures. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, including road closures, ferry or FBO scheduling, and actions of third parties, though we will always mitigate them. Our aggregate liability for any journey is limited to the fare paid for that journey, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Questions belong at [email protected].
